Request Access Badge - Romania

In case you need to get a visitor badge or a temporary badge, here are the steps you should follow.

How to get a visitor badge (for receiving visitors in one of the ADC Romania offices):

1. Send an email at office.adc@alten.com, mentioning the duration of the access and the full name of the visitor
2. When arriving at our office, all visitors will be requested to sign in the visitors’ register, next to their information (name, arrival date and hour and the name of the employee who invited them)

How to get a temporary badge (in case you forgot your badge at home):

1. Get in touch with one of our Office Assistants (Alexandra Pantiru – Iași, Miruna Constantinescu - București) requesting a temporary badge
2. Raise a ticket on MySupport platform (Category: Facilities =>Subcategory: Badge Access/Renewal of my access). You can access the platform clicking here
