Career Management
Our career management process includes two main pillars:
- Career committees
- Annual interviews
The Career Committee
The career committee is a biannual meeting that has as main objective to review the potential and the performance of each employee. Promotions and job mobility opportunities are a result of this meeting.
The career committee objectives are:
- 360 Feedback sharing to ensure the objectivity and the coherence of the evaluation process.
- Follow the career evolution of each employee – which skills should be developed, which are missing, etc.
- Identify the strong performers and the low performers and putting in place an improvement plan, if needed.
- Aligning the organisation needs with the employees’ aspirations: preparing succession plans for key roles in the organization, anticipating the evolution for specific roles.
Please keep in mind that there are no other promotions, except the ones resulting from the career committees (July/December).
The Annual Interview
The annual interview is the key element of the Human Ressources management within the ALTEN Group.
This interview offers all employees the chance to have an open discussion about their performance and get, as well as give, feedback regarding:
- The past year
- The overall performance and skills
- The training needs and the individual development plan
The annual interview is scheduled as follows:
For Romania:
- For Support Functions: from January to December
- For Consultants: in the anniversary month (since the moment they signed the contract)
For Poland:
- For Consultants: in the anniversary month (since the moment they signed the contract)
- Annual Evaluation Form to be completed, sent by the HR department via email
