Travel & Expense Reports - Romania

When you go on a business trip, you need to make 3 types of requests:  

• TRAVEL REQUEST – to inform the manager and admin. dep. about the business trip Travel Request (altengroup.com)
• ADVANCE TRAVEL REQUEST – to request the amount needed for travel (only after you have received the e-mail with the amount for the advance and all details about your travel from your colleague Curtianu Madalina) Travel Advance Request (altengroup.com)
• EXPENSE REPORT – to settle the actual spend (only after you have return from your travel) My Expenses (altengroup.com)
