The HR team is at your disposal every day from 08:00 to 16:00 (Poland) and from 08:00 to 16:00 (Romania), for the delivery of administrative documents and for any information concerning the HR administrative procedures (Insurance, Leave/Absences, etc.).

Process of requesting administrative documents – ROMANIA:  

You can request the following administrative documents by email at office.adc@alten.com or hr.adc@alten.com:  

  • Employee Certificate – release term: 1 working day
  • Certificate of insurance - release term: 1 working day
  • Certificate of income - release term: 5 working days
  • Certificate of seniority & Contribution Stage - release term: 30 calendar days after exit date
  • Certificate for child care leave - release term: 5 working days  

Process of requesting administrative documents – POLAND:  

You can request the following administrative documents by email at aef-hr@alten.com  

  • Employee Cerificate: 3 working days
  • Certificate of insurance: 3 working days
  • Certificate of income: 7 working days
  • Work certificate - release term: 7 calendar days after exit date
