Support IT in Poland


The IT department is responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of all the company's IT systems; it is mainly composed of two teams:

  • Support Helpdesk : This team is responsible for providing first-level technical support to the company's end users. They help users resolve issues such as connection issues, software and hardware issues, and provide advice on using IT tools.
  • Local Support : this is the team responsible for resolving technical problems that can not be resolved remotely. Members of the local support team are physically located on the company site and are there to help you resolve hardware and software malfunctions.
