Onboarding Procedure


At ADC EE, the employee onboarding plays an essential part as it helps new employees adjust to their new role, understand the company’s culture, and become more engaged with the company.  

On the first day of activity, a series of presentations will take place in order to facilitate the  integration of the new employee in the company:  

  • IT presentation: handing over access cards (WFO) and short IT presentation (card access, user account, e-mail account, My Support utility)- Responsible: IT Coordinator 
  • Induction meeting: Group presentation, company structure at local level, elements of  organizational culture, company values,rights and obligations, benefits. Responsible: HR Specialist
  • Meeting with the Direct Manager: presentation of the department, of the team –  Responsible: Direct Manager
  • Portal Vision (Timesheet)  Responsible:  
    • In Romania : Facility Coordinator
    • In Poland : HR Specialist  
  • Health & Safety training Responsible:  
    • In Romania: SEATBELT external service provider.  
    • In Poland: NOKAT external service provider.  

On the first month, the new employee will achieve a better understanding of her/his department, will understand what is expected in regards of performance, will engage in upcoming events and projects and will have time to gather as much information as possible from training and courses specific to the role in the company.

On the second month within the company, the new employee will continue building on her/his role, will expand collaboration and teamwork, will develop the needed skills and contribute to ongoing projects.  

On the third month, things will continue to operate. On top of that, the employee will share the feedback on how the 3 months integration period went and have the Performance Review discussion with Direct Manager.
