Referral Program Rules – Romania

Bonus

  • 3000 RON net for Embedded and IT positions
  • 1500 RON net for any other role

You will get 40% of the bonus in the month when your friend joins the company and 60% at the end of the probation period.  

Who is not eligibile  

  • An employee cannot refer for a position that reports to him, either hierarchically or functionally.  
  • All the employees involved in the selection & recruitment process cannot participate in the referral program.  
  • The management teams (CODIR, DC, DT, BM, Coordination, managers from support functions) and the recruitment department are not eligible for referral bonuses.  

Special situation  

When the same candidate is recommended by two or more employees and joins the company, the first employee who referred him will be considered as referrer and will get the referral bonus.
